5ft are, if we’re honest, pretty rubbish at making cold calls. Actually, when I say rubbish, it’s a bit of an understatement - we’re a load of old pants at it.

Fortunately, word of mouth and personal referrals are a much better source of new business for us. Funnily enough, this is where our clients come in.

If any of our client’s just happen to mention our name we get a little bit excited. (It’s sad, but it’s true.) You can imagine we get a lot excited if they then pass on our business card to a contact, but can you imagine our reaction to their contact getting in touch with us AND giving us new business? I don’t think you can. So I’ll tell you now...here it is...we get so excited we enter our clients into our newly established Word of Mouth Rewards Programme.

This programme gives cash-back rewards for referrals. Exciting eh?
